About this file

This document is an addendum to a competitive solicitation issued by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) for the mechanical removal of non-mobile aquatic plants and associated organic sediments within the state of Florida. The initial term of the contract is five (5) years, with an option to renew for one additional three (3) year period. The addendum revises the language regarding the initial term and renewal period. Specifically, it changes the initial contract term from an unspecified period to five (5) years, and revises the renewal period from an unspecified period to one three (3) year period. The addendum also modifies the cost form language to clarify that respondents must provide pricing for both the initial five (5) year term and the optional three (3) year renewal period.

The solicitation is open to all qualified vendors registered in the MyFloridaMarketPlace system and with Sunbiz prior to the bid opening. Responses must be received by 2:00 PM ET on November 1, 2022. Protests must be filed in accordance with Section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, and Chapter 28-110 of the Florida Administrative Code.
