About this file
This document is an addendum to the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission's (FWC) Solicitation No. FWC 22/23-119, "Buoy System Services". The addendum provides answers to questions from prospective bidders regarding the scope of work, including the storage and transportation of 13 buoys and down lines. The solicitation is seeking competitive bids for buoy system inspection and maintenance services in accordance with the specifications. Bidders must submit their responses no later than 2:00 PM (ET) on Friday, July 14, 2023.
The addendum clarifies that the cost of storing the 13 buoys and down lines, as well as the off-water work to transport and unload them, should be included in the flat rate for the Riviera Beach portion of the project. The document also confirms that the FWC will not reimburse the contractor for these storage costs.
