Dear FWaaS Offerors:

Re: FOIA Workflow as a Service (FWaaS) Platform Request for Proposal No. 70RDAD20R00000014 – Status Update & Proposal Extension

The purpose of this posting is to provide an update to the FWaaS procurement. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) continues to evaluate proposals in accordance with the terms of the FWaaS Platform solicitation (70RDAD20R00000014). The projected timeframe for award is Second Quarter of Fiscal Year 2021. The proposal validity period of each Offeror’s proposal timely submitted by the RFP closing date of September 8, 2020 must be extended.

On October 30, 2020 the Government will directly email Offerors as applicable requesting that they extend the period of their proposal validity. Each Offeror will be blind copied on a single email distribution. The email will be distributed from the email account Akilah.Bullock@hq.dhs.gov to the Offeror’s point of contact (POC) for each submitted proposal and/or other POC that the Prime Offeror listed to receive an update.

The request does not, in any way, represent a determination of proposal responsiveness an evaluation of the proposal’s contents, or eligibility for award.

Thank you for your continued interest & patience.
