The document is a Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for Fusion 300, a chemical product manufactured by Fusion Environmental Solutions, LLC located in Warwick, Rhode Island. The SDS provides comprehensive technical details about a sewer degreasing agent designed for cleaning sewer pipes, specifically targeting grease and slime layers in areas with heavy fried food residue. The standard operating procedures recommend starting with 15 gallons of Fusion 300 per 1,500 of product per truckload, with potential reduction to 10 gallons, and adjusting water volume based on grease load, particularly in restaurant environments.

The product is classified as a flammable liquid with potential skin and eye irritation risks, requiring careful handling with water rinse and potential medical attention if exposure occurs. Its chemical composition includes orange terpenes, ethoxylated alcohols, and other proprietary blend components. The safety data sheet indicates the product is considered non-toxic and environmentally safe, with no chronic health hazards reported. The document is dated 10/18/2018 and provides detailed instructions for safe usage, emergency procedures, potential health effects, and disposal considerations, making it a critical reference for proper handling and application of the Fusion 300 degreasing solution.

FUSION300 Standard Operating Procedures

*Start at 15 gallons FUSION300 per 1500 of FUSION300 per truckload. If product is working at this rate, you may be able to cut it to 10 gal per 1500.

*Also, adjust the number of gallons per 1500 of water depending on the grease load. This would be in the areas that are heavy in fried food type, which are found in restaurants.

*Use just enough PSI to move the hose along the sewer pipe, at the same time discharging the Fusion300. Wait 5-10 minutes for chemical to work, then increase PSI as hose is retracted.

*The goal is to completely cover the interior of the pipe so as to attack grease as well as the slime layer.
