About this file

The document is a Functionality Questionnaire from the Town of Manchester, Connecticut, seeking proposals for an Agenda Management Software solution. The software is intended to streamline the process of developing public meeting agendas, improving agenda accessibility, and creating meeting minutes. The comprehensive functionality checklist covers a wide range of requirements, including agenda template creation, submission workflows, approval processes, minute-taking capabilities, search functionalities, public interaction features, user management, and technical infrastructure considerations such as cloud hosting, mobile compatibility, and integration options.

The questionnaire indicates the Town is looking for a flexible software solution that supports unlimited boards, commissions, and users, with robust features for directors and commission members. Key technical requirements include cloud hosting within the United States, single sign-on capabilities with Azure Active Directory, mobile device compatibility, and comprehensive backup and data return strategies. The software must enable electronic agenda submissions, public notifications, multilingual support, and granular user role permissions, with the overarching goal of enhancing communication and efficiency in municipal meeting management. Proposers are required to provide detailed responses indicating whether they can meet each specified functionality, with opportunities to elaborate on their capabilities through comments.
