10. Reason for Amendment: A two month bridge contract, W9124J-20-C-0018 was awarded under authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(2) as implemented by FAR Part 6.302-2 -- Unusual and Compelling Urgency for performance from 1 September 2020 to 31 October 2020 as a result of the GAO protest filed on 28 August 2020. An additional two months of full performance and adjustment to the continuity of services performance period is needed to allow adequate time for a GAO decision. The decision from GAO is expected on or about 7 December 2020.
