Frequently Asked Questions FY 2024 NOFO for NGO Programs Benefiting Refugees in Cameroon and Chad

Question: The NOFO we found through grants.gov on March 20th was a Word document, which indicates a funding ceiling per year of $1,500,000 for Cameroon. Is this number accurate, and is this the document we should be referring to?

Answer: No, we replaced the Word document with an updated PDF with accurate information. The funding ceiling per year for Cameroon is $1,000,000. Please only refer to the PDF V2 in the folder on grants.gov.

Question: Does this NOFO allow each organization to submit only one proposal for Cameroon or Chad, or is there a possibility to submit an application for a multi-country program that would cover a response both in Cameroon and Chad?

Answer: Organizations can submit a proposal for Chad and a proposal for Cameroon, but not a multi-country program. PRM would like to keep each proposal separate.
