Summary:
The Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (Board) is performing Market Research for a Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) and Law Enforcement Records Management System (RMS). The Board is looking to identify vendors with the capability to configure, implement, and maintain a fully-functional, turn-key, scalable, seamlessly integrated, Commercial off the Shelf (“COTS”) CAD and Police RMS. The solution will provide enhanced information sharing and has the potential to greatly improve the overall effectiveness of the Board’s Law Enforcement Unit (LEU). A complete system can facilitate this for the LEU by improving the integration, analysis, and dissemination of information within the Board.
The attachments to this Market Survey include lists of functional capabilities and requirements that have been determined to be of importance to the Board. Potential solutions must be part of a fully integrated suite provided on a single system in a multi-departmental implementation. The lists provided are not comprehensive, nor should they be interpreted as being final or complete.
