OBJECTIVE

NIST requires services to recycle scrap metals produced on the NIST Gaithersburg campus. The objective is the removal, sale, and recycling of scrap metal from the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), 100 Bureau Drive, Gaithersburg, Maryland, 20899.

NIST shall be paid for the proceeds of the scrap metal based on the verifiable current market value for when the metal is weighed.
