About this file

This document is a Rate Schedule form related to a specialty gases contract opportunity issued by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection. The contract is for the supply of various types of gases including helium, hydrogen, nitrogen, oxygen, argon, and others in both cylinder and bulk liquid form. The contract includes an Initial Term and a Renewal Term. The Contractor must provide a single per unit price for each line item, with no additional charges permitted. Estimated consumption and monthly charges are provided for the Initial and Renewal Terms, but there are no minimum guaranteed service levels or usage requirements. The contract opportunity is open to qualified vendors, and responses must be submitted by the stated due date. The contract term and any renewal options are not specified in the document.

The Rate Schedule form outlines the pricing structure, with Contractor's rates required for each gas type and delivery form. Respondents must provide pricing for all line items, and any alterations or exceptions will result in the bid being rejected as non-responsive. The Contractor's rate for any fuel or special charges per hundred cubic feet should also be included. This contract opportunity does not mention any set-aside requirements, incumbents, or funding sources.
