About this file
This document is a Price Sheet for an RFP (Request for Proposals) issued by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection for Environmental Consulting Services for the Apalachicola Watershed and Adjacent Areas. The RFP seeks a contractor to provide a range of services over an initial 3-year contract term, with the possibility of up to two 1-year renewal terms. The services include identifying and summarizing land management plans, identifying funding opportunities, synthesizing research and data, and delivering information to stakeholders through various channels.
The contractor will be required to provide all-inclusive pricing for each of the five main tasks outlined in the RFP. These tasks cover coordination with the Department, inventory and review of planning documents, facilitation of workgroups and proposal development, aggregation of research information, and delivery of information to stakeholders. The Department does not appear to have set any specific budget or funding source for this project, and the RFP does not mention any incumbent contractor or small business set-asides.
