About this file

This document is a requisition form for a federal agency seeking options on extrusion scrap collection bags. The Navy Naval Sea Systems Command has issued solicitation N0017423Q0082 for extrusion scrap collection bags. The requisition requests options to purchase additional quantities of 500 bags on a recurring basis for up to four years. Delivery would be required 90 days after exercise of each option. The estimated total cost for the options is $40,740 based on an existing quote. The justification provided is that funding is not currently available but will become available in option year one, and the options are necessary to provide continuity for the program's needs beyond the initial contract period.
