About this file

This document provides vendor registration and submission instructions for the Cherokee County School District (CCSD) Procurement Services Department in Georgia. The CCSD is soliciting proposals for an Adaptive Learning Pathways (ALP-2026) contract, which requires vendors to provide a secure, comprehensive instructional digital platform supporting both mathematics and English Language Arts. The platform must enable customization and personalized, adaptive learning pathways for students in centers and small group settings, including English Immersion Programs (EIP), Remedial Education Programs (REP), English Learners (ELs), and Students with Disabilities (SWDs). All related solicitation documents are available through the Euna Procurement portal. Specific response dates, due dates, site visits, bidder meetings, award dates, and contract terms are not detailed in this instruction file.

All vendors must register with the Euna Procurement portal (formerly Bonfire Interactive) to receive electronic notifications of Invitation for Bid (IFB) and Request for Proposal (RFP) opportunities from CCSD's Procurement Services Department. Vendors are required to select an appropriate commodity code from the Commodity Services Codes list maintained on the CCSD Procurement Services website. RFP-related inquiries must be submitted through the Euna Procurement Message Center. No information regarding pricing terms, set-asides, incumbent contractors, funding sources, or contract amounts is provided in this instruction document.
