About this file
This document is a Request for Information (RFI) from the Government Accountability Office (GAO) seeking market research on food service and catering capabilities. The RFI describes the scope of work as operating a food service facility and providing catering and event support services at the GAO headquarters building in Washington D.C. It requests capability statements from interested contractors detailing their organization profile, socioeconomic status, and relevant experience providing similar food service and event support within the last five years. Responses to the RFI are due by March 21, 2024 and will be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for a potential future solicitation. The related federal contract opportunity provides further context that the RFI and draft Statement of Work are to gather information prior to a potential solicitation for these food service requirements at GAO.
