About this file
This is an installation specification document for the Maine Warden Service detailing the procurement and installation of FLIR thermal imaging camera systems on two state-owned vessels. The project involves the installation of two FLIR Model M-324 NTSC thermal cameras (320x240 pixel resolution) with joystick pan and tilt functionality on separate vessels: a 2009 Safe Boat 25" T Top located at Point Sebago on Sebago Lake and a 2010 Edgewater 228 Center Console positioned at Maine Warden Service Headquarters in Greenville on Moosehead Lake. Each installation package includes two thermal cameras, associated ethernet and video cables, mounting hardware, and adapter plates designed for non-hardtop boats. The successful bidder is required to travel to both vessel locations to complete the installations, with Neil Wykes (Warden, contact: 207-657-2345 ext. 3) serving as the primary project contact.
The specification document provides detailed materials lists including part numbers for all components required for installation, with quantities specified for each item. Installation materials, wire, and hardware costs are classified as miscellaneous line items. No pricing terms, contract duration, funding sources, or award dates are specified in this document, as it functions solely as a technical specification guide for prospective bidders to understand the scope of work and equipment requirements for the thermal camera installation project.
