About this file
This document is an addendum to an Invitation to Bid (ITB) issued by the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (FLHSMV), Division of Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), for the procurement of Cargo Tank Training Aids. The addendum addresses questions received from potential bidders, including the availability of drawings and the applicability of renewal pricing. The contract opportunity is for the state of Florida, specifically Leon County and the city of Tallahassee.
The ITB does not include drawings of the bid items, and the renewal term pricing is applicable, with bidders advised to consider potential material cost variations over the 6-year contract period. Bidders are expected to submit pricing that provides the greatest value to the Department.
