About this file

This document is a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) issued by the Florida Department of Management Services Division of Real Estate Development and Management for Architectural/Engineering Services for the Florida State Guard (FSG) Flagler County Joint Training Facility. The RFQ seeks qualifications from firms to provide design services for a new training facility to be located in Flagler County, Florida. The facility will include an indoor shooting range and other ancillary spaces required for a training facility, though the specific program has not yet been determined. Respondents are asked to provide relevant project experience, resumes, and other qualifications. One copy of the response must be physically mailed or hand-delivered to the Department's office in Tallahassee. A Construction Manager at Risk project delivery method has been selected for the project, though a specific site has not yet been identified.

The RFQ does not specify any pricing terms, set-asides, or funding requirements. Respondents are not required to be pre-qualified with the Department, and there is no preference for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) or LEED-certified team members. The Department has not conducted any previous studies for the project and will work with the selected firm to design the facility.
