All service work shall be done prior to delivery; no major assembly or servicing of the unit will be allowed on Commonwealth property. The vehicle shall have a minimum of 1/2 tank of fuel when delivered.

ADVERTISING:

The vehicle shall include two (2) owner/operator manuals, parts and service/maintenance manuals (CD’s are acceptable in lieu of books) and shall be provided at the time the units are delivered. Any item not produced by the manufacturer but necessary to make a complete and workable unit will also be required to have the same manuals furnished at the time of delivery.

WARRANTY:

The vehicle shall be fully warranted against defective materials and workmanship for a period of at least one (1) year or greater if manufacturers’ standard warranty is greater.
