# QUESTION RESPONSE

Has the incumbent been invited to rebid on

RFQ FHF25Q0031.

Yes, the posting is public and invites all responsible vendors, including the incumbent, to submit a quote.

The NAICS code listed on the solicitation is 541611, which typically covers financial management (except investment advice).

However, the scope of work in the SOW is states that FHFA is looking for an Investment Advisor who would provide expert financial advice, which is typically covered under NAICS code 523930 (Investment Advice). Could you please confirm that the correct NAICS code applicable to this RFQ.
