I am reaching out in regards to the Sam.gov listing I am interested in since it is local to me, Roughly 30 minutes away. My question is : What is the quoted price of the 2 containers needed for this particular contract.?

The vendor should provide a quote for the requested service/product. In other words you need to tell us how much you would charge for the requested service/product.

Please read the announcement in its entirety as there are lots of details.

8 Would you prefer the annual price or 2 year option price?

Please quote as requested under the announcement.

Quotes Submissions shall include:

2- Fully completed Storage Containers Quote Form (RFQ Attachment) or sate "All Our Repsentations and Certifications Are Up to Date"

The documents above are already provided as attachments under the SAM announcement. Just complete and send.

The quote should be broken down to a base year and an option year separately priced and as requested. Not a lump sum 2 years.

9 Is CLIN 0003 payable if the government exercises Option CLINs 1001, 1002 and 1003?

If Option CLINs 1001, 1002 and 1003 are exercised, CLIN 0003 will not be used and consequently not payable. CLIN 0003 quoted price will still be included in the total quoted Purchase Order price and used for evaluation purposes.

The equipment will be in place (from Base Period) and no Delivery and set up are needed.

11 Due to these possible changes, are you extending the RFQ close date. Yes, extended to 03/22/2024 at 13:00 EST
