Services will generally be performed at the contractor's service facility, though the City reserves the right to request mobile onsite service at City facilities or other designated locations when operationally appropriate. The City will coordinate and arrange transportation of vehicles and equipment to and from the contractor's service facility. The resulting purchase order is intended to provide the City with timely, reliable, and cost-effective maintenance and repair services to support continued fleet operations.
The document establishes federal certification requirements that must be met by contractors bidding on this opportunity. As a federal certification document, it likely outlines compliance obligations, certifications, and representations required under federal regulations that apply to this state and local contract. Contractors must review and comply with all federal certification requirements detailed in this document to be considered eligible for award of the purchase order.
