About this file
This document is an Addendum #001 to Invitation to Bid (ITB) FDC ITB-22-037 issued by the Florida Department of Corrections (FDC) for Apparel and Linen Fabrics, Vinyl, and Other Bulk Textiles. The Addendum replaces Attachment II - Price Sheet in its entirety and provides the Department's written responses to questions received. The purpose of this ITB is to establish a new Agency Term Contract(s) to provide bulk textiles to various correctional institutions throughout the State of Florida. The revised Price Sheet includes items such as poplin, twill, sheeting, mesh, thread, elastic, and vinyl, with an estimated annual quantity and corresponding unit pricing to be submitted by bidders. Bids are due by August 3, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
The Price Sheet requires bidders to provide firm, inclusive pricing for the items, which will remain the same throughout the contract and any renewals. Bidders must bid on all items within each group for their bid to be considered responsive for that group. The current contract details are provided, and the Department clarifies that vendors shall ship items to the delivery location indicated in the purchase order and ensure arrival within 30 days, unless a different timeframe is mutually agreed upon.

Are we required to ship to all the different facilities on Attachment I – Service/Delivery Locations (Starting on PAGE 24 and ending on PAGE 34) or can THE awarded items be shipped to one central location?
Attachment I, Service Delivery Locations, lists the locations to which items will be shipped. The Vendor shall ship items to the delivery location indicated in the Purchase Order (PO).
Delivery says 30 Days after receipt of order;
however, past performance has indicated that all the Florida DOC agencies expect shipments within 2-3 Days After receipt of order. Can you please clarify this?
The Vendor shall ship item(s) to the delivery location indicated in the PO and ensure the item(s) arrive within 30 Days of PO issuance, unless a different time frame is mutually agreed upon by both Parties.
Item#9 White Sheeting for Group 1 says the width needs to be 110’’ wide. Can you please confirm this? Previously Florida DOC accepted 66’’ wide Fabric as this works and fits on their cutting table.
The Vendor shall provide Item #9 White Sheeting for Group I, with a width of 110”.
