Questions for SB-Solicitation-FDA-123631

1. Will the number of required slides always range from 60-70? and if so is this the requirement per month or for the contract year?

Answer: The number of required slides for the base-year and the option-year is 60-slides per year. The OPTION-SURGE support will depend on our budget and progress made by the contractor on the required 60 -slides per year. The OPTION-SURGE support may be exercised for an additional 10-70 slides if the budget allows and the contractor can meet the 60 -slides per year. If a vendor can provide CLIN 1 for the base year (60 slides) but is unsure about the capacity to satisfy any options, please submit a bid stating your abilities and limitations.

2. Will this project require a Medical Director on site at the place where the contractor will perform the work?

Answer: No.
