Q1. Were the DNA samples purified in a CLIA-certified laboratory?

A1. No

Q2. Do the DNA specimens have a standard concentration or a range of expected concentrations?

A2. 50 – 200 ng/uL

Q3 Do the DNA specimens have a standard volume or a range of expected volumes?

A3. 5-20 uL

Q4. What is the expected purity of the DNA specimen or range of purity measured by

260/280 ratios?

A4. 1.8-2.0

Q5. Will the DNA specimens be frozen or have been frozen at any point in their lifecycle?

A5. Yes
