26A technical issue really--all responses are electronic (well understood in light of COVID-19 I assure you) but that raises another issue, FDA server settings. The best way for us to demonstrate our understanding of the scope of work, is to submit our latest deliverables from Feb 2020. We know from past FDA experience that that can become a challenge, electronically. What we intend to do, send our proposal response in the first and separate email, labeled as the first of a series of emails so you have that for this response. The other emails are going to be our materials, but those files are large, not at all certain they will "go through."Please comply with the RFQ requirements.
