The document contains a comprehensive 23-question survey designed to gather detailed insights from potential contractors about labor availability, union participation, workforce capabilities, potential challenges, cost implications, and the overall feasibility of implementing a Project Labor Agreement for this specific construction project. Respondents are asked to provide feedback by 4:00 PM MST on August 25, 2025, via email to Lindsey.McCampbell@gsa.gov and Mary.Pacheco@gsa.gov.
