A-10C Control Test Set (CTS) Sustainment

1. Question: I am trying to prevent creating duplicate records, and was wondering if this was a new requirement or if there was an incumbent contractor/contractors currently performing these services? If there is an incumbent can you please provide the Contractor, Contract #, Award date, Expiration, and value for each of the incumbents?

Government Response: This is not a new requirement. The incumbent contractor is Command Technical Services. Award Number, FA851915D0006. Award amount $368,879.08. Expires 28 Sep 2018.

2. Question: Can you provide whatever documentation you do have on the CTS, T.O.s, manuals, etc.?

Government Response: No Drawings, Tech Order is TO 33D5-12-229-1/-3. This is the distribution statement and I would say that we would not be able to provide.

DISTRIBUTION STATEMENT B - Distribution authorized to U.S. Government Agencies only (Administrative or Operational Use) (15 September 1991). Other requests for this document shall be referred to 406 SCMS/GUEE, Robins AFB, GA 31098. Questions concerning technical content shall be referred to AFLCMC/WNAAA

3. Question: Can you tell us what level of rights do you have for the Software? What is the Software Language? Do you have source code of the Software?

Government Response: The software (firmware) is proprietary, owned by Technical Services.

The language is “Assembly Language”

4. Question: Can you provide us with the Point of Contact for the CTS, technical, and can we arrange a meeting with that POC and actually see the CTS?

Government Response: Please contact Janie Bryson, Air Force Contracting, with any questions.

Testers are located at depot repair facilities and forward operating bases. We would not be able to set up a viewing.

5. Question: Can you please provide a Point of Contact at the OEM?

Government Response: Please contact Janie Bryson, Air Force Contracting, with any questions.
