About this file

This document is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for an F-16 Installation Tool Kit, issued by the Department of the Air Force, Directorate of Contracting at Hill Air Force Base. The solicitation (FA8203-25-Q-0008) is a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirement for two line items of installation tools, with specific details for each:

CLIN 0001 and CLIN 0002 each require one installation tool kit (NSN 5120-01-456-4898) with a manufacturer part number 97153 489-49. The tools are for multiple FMS cases (KS-D-QHD and RO-D-QAL), with required delivery by 14 July 2026. The government intends to award one contract based on the "All or None" approach, evaluating offers on the lowest total evaluated price. Notably, counterfeit prevention applies, and award cannot be made to an offshore vendor without prior approval. The solicitation amendment extends the quote submission deadline from 28 November 2025 to 09 January 2026, and updates the Engineering Data List (EDL) dated 03 December 2025.
