The Department of Justice intends to negotiate with Colonial Parking, Inc on a sole source basis for approximately 67 parking permits located at 1100 L Street
Washington, DC 20530.
The Base period of performance is estimated to be from October 1, 2022 through
September 30, 2023 with four (4) one year options to extend the term of the contract. The spaces will be assigned to Department of Justice employees.
For safety purposes, the parking requested is in the working facility of the employees. No solicitation document exists. Responses received as a result of this notice of intent shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses will not be considered as either proposals or bids, and cost or pricing data is not solicited. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon written responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the
Government.
