Frequently Asked Questions for Funding Opportunity SFOP0008620

1. Can a proposal budget include funds to purchase a vehicle?

Response: There is no prohibition against including the purchase of a vehicle for programming use in the proposal budget. NGOs planning for capital expenditures such as the purchase of a vehicle must follow the regulations outlined in 2CFR200.313.

2. Can an NGO submit an additional application as the lead applicant in a consortium or would they need to be a sub-grantee in the consortium in order to be eligible for additional funding?

Response: The NGO could apply as either the lead applicant or a sub of a consortium to be eligible for funding consideration. In situations where there is potential for multiple awards to the same recipient, PRM prefers to see clear differences in the scope, geographic location, and/or population(s) of concern.

No more than two applications per country are allowed.
