RFI Summary: U.S. Trustee Program Junk Removal Services
This is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the U.S. Department of Justice, Executive Office for U.S. Trustees (RFI No. 15JUST26I00000003), for market research purposes. The USTP seeks to identify qualified vendors capable of providing junk removal services to support its facilities and space management initiatives. The scope involves removing office equipment from the Federal workspace at the USTP San Francisco location (450 Golden Gate Ave., San Francisco, CA 94102) on Saturday, October 3, 2026, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM local time. Services must accommodate Federal employee escorts and may be scheduled during weekends or nights. The applicable industry classifications are NAICS Code 562119 (Other Waste Collection) or 562111 (Solid Waste Collection), with PSC Code S205 (Housekeeping – Trash/Garbage Collection).
Interested vendors must submit a Capability Statement not exceeding two pages by August 25, 2026, at 5:00 PM EST via email to the points of contact listed in Section 1. The RFI solicits responses addressing corporate profile (company name, address, website, UEI, CAGE Code, socioeconomic status/small business certifications, and available Federal Supply Schedules such as GSA MAS or NASA SEWP), market pricing with rough order of magnitude estimates for budget planning purposes only, and delivery/support logistics including standard lead times and geographic service coverage. Responses must be submitted in Adobe PDF or Microsoft Word format with proprietary data clearly marked. Notably, this RFI is issued for information and planning purposes only and does not commit the Government to contract for services; the Government will not reimburse vendor costs for responding, and non-response does not preclude future solicitation participation.
