This is a Questions and Answers document for solicitation FA940125Q0008 regarding Sports Officials & Scorekeepers at Kirtland Air Force Base, with vendor questions due by 1200 PM Mountain Daylight Time on January 7, 2025. The document addresses five key questions from interested vendors about staffing requirements and operational details.

The government confirms that both the required number of umpires and volleyball officials can be reduced, with changes made to the chart in paragraph 1.2 of the new Performance Work Statement. Regarding compensation, the government indicates award will be made to the lowest price technically acceptable offer rather than matching NMAA Albuquerque High School rates. The document clarifies that off-duty military personnel are permitted to officiate, and historically not all scheduled games were conducted, though the total number of games per session and season remained within the allotted amounts for each program and year.
