NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE:

The 377th Mission Support Group Contracting Office, Kirtland AFB, New Mexico intends to award a sole source purchase order to CyberSecure IPS LLC (cage code 6ZRP5), 3 Bethesda

Metro Center, Suite 700, Bethesda, MD 20814. The CyberSecure Infrastructure Monitoring

System (IMS) offered by the vendor allows AFIA, AFNWC, and AFIT/EXA to remain compliant with (S) AFI 33-214 Volume 1, (S) Emission Security Assessments (U) (formerly Air

Force Systems Security Instruction (AFSSI) 7010), cybersecurity requirements. The vendor's

CyberSecure IMS provides infrastructure monitoring, detects intrusions, operates even if certain natural disasters occur, provides system/zone testing, identifies accidental contacts, performs routine system testing, and provides case management, all of which are required to maintain/sustain the alarmed PDSs and satisfy the aforementioned (S) AFI 33-214 Volume 1 requirements.

This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and

Open Competition as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b). The anticipated award date is 05

December 2024. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the product/services listed above.

A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.

A Sole Source Justification Letter will be posted with the Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source

IAW Far 6.305(a).
