Questions and Answers

Q1: Could you specify what's required for routine services like oil changes, tire rotations, and also for any non-routine maintenance or repairs that may arise?

A1: This is just meaning the contractor will do the oil changes and tire replacement. While also doing any repairs for normal wear and tear on the vehicles. Any vehicle that is in an accident or repairs are need due to negligence per AFI 24-302 Kirtland Sup, the unit would be reasonable for funding the repairs.

Q2: What is the estimated monthly mileage?

A2: This should be around 200 to 500 miles each month.

Q3: What is the pickup date and time for the vehicles?

A3: Approximately 30 days after the contract award. Time would be between 0700 to 1600 Monday – Friday. This would be discussed between the receiving Gov POC and the contractor.

Q4: What is the drop-off date and time for the vehicles (once 1 year is reached) ?

A4: 365 days after the pickup date. Time would be between 0700 to 1600 Monday – Friday. This would be discussed between the Gov POC and the contractor.

Q5: What is the pickup and dropping off location (full address)?
