About this file

This document contains the Technical Specifications for a 20-Ton Industrial Water Chiller required under the awarded federal contract FA910124PB047 to TEXAS PATRIOT INTERNATIONAL, LLC. The chiller must meet specific requirements, including a minimum cooling capacity of 239,756 BTUs per hour, use R-410A refrigerant, operate within an ambient temperature range of +14°F to +113°F, and maintain a noise level not exceeding 69 decibels. The chiller is self-contained with a 55-gallon reservoir, and must be powered by a 460V, 3-phase, 60Hz electrical supply. The unit has a maximum dry weight of 2,660 lbs and dimensions not exceeding 45" wide, 100" long, and 90" tall. The chiller must be portable, self-contained on a movable skid/frame, and require only disconnection of the power source and fluid connections for relocation. Minimum clearance requirements are 6.5' on the sides and 10' overhead.
