MEMORANDUM FOR WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

SUBJECT: FA9101-20-Q-2004, Sheet Metal Roller, Questions and Answers

1. Is there any issue unloading a container shipment at the Holloman location?

· There is no issue unloading a container shipment.

2. Is there a requirement for set-up or basic operational training?

· There is no requirement for set-up or training.

3. Please clarify 2.3.1 and 2.3.2 in the requirements document? Both points reference flat end at the edges; however, at points 2.3.3 and 2.3.4, circular bending is required.

· Pre-bending is when you pinch the work piece at the end of the material, then by elevating the bending roller you form a pre-bend on the work piece. This is not a rolling operation, more of a pre forming using the roller without actually rolling.

· Circular bending is when you set the roller up, then run a blank through without any prebending. This gives more of a flat spot but much faster if quality isn’t critical for the work piece.

4. Would the Air Force consider a 30% upfront progress payment for this contract with the balance of the contract value net 30 days from date of receipt?

· The Air Force is not considering progress payments for this requirement.
