About this file
This document provides additional information and instructions for accessing the LiveLink portal, which is used by the Space Systems Command, Space Sensing Directorate (SSC/SN) to share Unclassified and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). To receive access, an external applicant's US Government sponsor must submit a DD Form 2875 to establish the applicant's "need-to-know" and verify their security investigation information. The document outlines two methods for the sponsor to provide the applicant's Social Security Number (SSN) to the SSC/SN Security Managers, who will then verify the applicant's security status in the Defense Information System for Security (DISS). The document also provides instructions on how to encrypt the applicant's personal information and securely email it to the specified POCs. This is an administrative document focused on the process for obtaining access to the LiveLink portal and does not contain any details about a specific federal contract opportunity.
