REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ)

SUBJECT: Request for Quote FA8771-24-Q-0003
1. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote for Aurea List License Maintenance Renewal. Aurea
List Manager Software is the trusted on-premises solution for managing high-volume email programs.
Secure, configurable and economical, Aurea List manager provides powerful technology that enables email management success. The evaluation of your quote will be based on price reasonableness and technical acceptability.
2. Delivery shall be no later than 30 days after receipt of award.
3. Offeror shall propose in accordance with the CLIN structure outlined in the attached requirements list. Quotes shall detail all included services (e.g., patches, upgrades, any helpdesk support). Quotes shall include the offerors Cage Code, UEI, GSA Schedule (if applicable) and POC information.
4. Quotes are due no later than 1200 CST, Wednesday, 13 March, 2024.
5. Offeror shall address ALL requirements of this solicitation.
6. IAW FAR provision 52.232-18, for the availability of funds, the Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
7. This RFQ is not an authorization to begin performance and in no way obligates the Government for any cost incurred by your company for this requirement. The Government reserves the right to cancel this RFQ at any time prior to award and is under no obligation to make an award as a result of this
RFQ.
8. National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). Therefore, vendors shall submit a completed copy of FAR provision 52.204-24 Prohibition on Contracting for Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment and the representation therein. Vendors are also advised to update their System for Award Management (SAM) representations and certifications.
