Offerors shall provide a separate table (either here, inserting additional rows, or in a separate sheet added to this workbook) to provide their WBS Level 4 cost inputs reflecting their WBS Level 4 solution.
This table shall portray the number of hours by labor category required for each Level 4 cost element provided by the offeror and shall also roll up to the Level 3 WBS provided at the top of this sheet. This table shall portray the number of hours by labor category required for each Level 4 WBS cost element provided by the offeror and shall also roll up to the Level 3 WBS provided at the top of this sheet. In addition, this table shall have a column added at the far right to provide a mapping to indicate which Level 4 WBS elements map to the asterisked items in the Specific Requirements (Section 9) of the Sample TO.
Offerors shall also include in this table, or in a separate table added to this workbook, a summary display multiplying the hours by Level 4 element by the Labor Rate entered in the Labor Rate Schedule table below, to display costs by WBS Level 4 and contract year (CY).
Offerors are also required to submit a Basis of Estimate illustrating how the hours by WBS Level 4 element were derived (as specified in the instructions to Offerors). This can be a separate tab added to this workbook or a separate Excel file in offeror format.
