QUESTION 1: Processor Brand for Gaming Computer:
The solicitation specifies a minimum requirement of an Intel i7-13700 processor for the gaming computer. Would it be permissible to use a different processor brand, such as AMD, provided that it offers the same or better processing power and performance?
ANSWER: No – Intel processor at or above listed spec is required.
QUESTION 2. Underlayment for Turf:
For the landing turf floor specified in the contract, is there a requirement for foam underlayment or additional padding beneath the turf, or is standard installation on a solid surface acceptable?
ANSWER: Landing turf without foam underlayment is okay.
