During the support period, the Contractor shall perform all service support functions; however, the Government may supplement the Contractor teams with Government personnel or their designated representatives to work with the Contractor and perfor and management functions. Automatic Data Processing Equipment (ADPE) accounts will be audited and validated prior to new Contractor taking responsibility for ADP equipment. The intent of the start-up transition is to minimize the risk associated with the potential disruption of service resulting from transferring responsibility from long-term incumbents to new staff. At the conclusion of the transition period, which will last 180 days, the Contractor shall assume complete responsibility for the performance of the work detailed within this PWS.
