About this file

This document amends a two-step broad agency announcement solicitation issued by the Air Force Research Laboratory seeking white papers and technical proposals for manufacturing research and technology development. Foreign participation is no longer authorized at any level, and foreign nationals may only work with public domain information if hired as subcontractors with prior approval. Offerors will now only be notified of white paper disposition via letter with no additional feedback provided. All other terms and conditions of the original solicitation remain unchanged. The opportunity focuses on inventing the factory of the future, building the digital manufacturing enterprise, and exploring additive manufacturing to support the Air Force's high impact technology domains as described in the attached statement of objectives.
