SPECIAL NOTICE Broad Agency Announcement FA8650-19-S-2001

Amendment #1 – Questions and Answers/Corrections - Power, Energy, Thermal, Integration and Controls Research Program (PETIC)

1.) Question: Will this contract be performed onsite at AFRL?

Answer: a.) Yes. Page 4 of the BAA, Section I.1.a.iv. states "R&D activities will be performed at Aerospace Systems Directorate facilities, industry/university facilities, and/or mutually agreed upon locations."

b.) Attachment 10 provides Facility Factsheets for the RQQ facilities available for this PETIC program. Offerors are encourage to make full use of the available AFRL/RQ facilities as well as any industry/university facilities that may provide additional capabilities.

2.) Question: Is this a follow-on activity; is there an incumbent?

Answer: Yes, this is a follow-on activity. UDRI and UES were the incumbents on the previous

ID/IQ.

3.) Correction: The BAA states 12-point Arial font in the technical proposal (Reference Page 17 of 25), but was intended to state 10-point Arial font. The font size is hereby corrected to 10-point Arial font.

4.) Correction: Page 1 of the BAA, "Solicitations Request" lists Air Vehicles RQV but should be Aerospace Power & Controls (AFRL/RQQ).

5.) Correction: The funding profile for attachment 6 is updated as follows:
