INDUSTRY DAY ANNOUNCEMENT
The Air Force Research Laboratory Sensors Directorate (AFRL/RY) will be holding an Industry
Day on Friday 5 April 2019 to discuss the RF Analysis and Validation Engineering Software
(RAVEnS) BAA.
PURPOSE: To provide briefings, conduct discussions, and answer questions among potential interested parties.
DATE: Friday, 5 April 2019
TIME: 8:30am-12:00pm (Briefings from 8:30-10 with one-on-ones to follow)
LOCATION: Wright Brothers Institute, 5000 Springfield St, Dayton, OH 45431
VENUE: Facility can accommodate up to 60 participants. Registration is limited to U.S Citizens and Green Card holders only.
RSVP: Please email the Point of Contact (PoC), David Smith, David.Smith.383@us.af.mil, to register no later than COB Wednesday, 3 April 2019. RSVP email should contain the following information:
a. Name of Company (including CAGE Code, if available)
b. Primary PoC (name, email and phone number)
c. List of all proposed attendees (name, email, phone number, and citizenship)
d. Questions to be answered during the Industry Day.
e. If a Government one-on-one is requested.
OTHER: Briefing charts will be made available on FBO.gov after conclusion of the event.
Note: This notice is being issued for planning and information purposes only. It does not constitute a solicitation, nor is to be construed as a commitment by the government. The government will not pay for any effort expended in responding to the notice, or participation in the event (to include attendee travel costs), nor will the government accept proposals as a result of this notice. Participation is voluntary. There is no fee to attend. Meals will not be provided at this event.
