THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ONLY. This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought Synopsis (SSS) for the purpose of conducting market research only. No solicitation exists. This is not a request for a quote, request for proposal, or an invitation to bid, nor is this to be construed as a commitment by the US Government (Government) to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. The Government will not reimburse or pay for any information submitted in response to this SSS or any follow-up information requests. This market survey is being conducted to identify potential sources that may possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet the requirements for providing Sensor Operators and Pilots (two (2) of which are graduates from a Society of Experimental Test Pilots (SETP) recognized Test Pilot School (TPS)) for MQ-9 Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) acceptance and development tests efforts. The test efforts are for the United States Air Force (USAF) and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) MQ-9 UAS programs. Future test efforts may include other UASs or MQ-9 variants. It has been determined the services will require performance and security level up to Top Secret.
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. The document below describes the AFLCMC Det 3 Acceptance and Developmental Test Services requirement and a Contractor Capability Survey, which allows you to provide your company’s capability.
2. If, after reviewing these documents, you desire to participate in the market research, you should provide documentation that supports your company’s capability in meeting these requirements.
