SUBJECT: Response to Inquiries regarding FA8601-20-Q-0060 Tanker Moving Serivces

QUESTIONS DATED 6 APRIL 2020

1. Question: Contractors responsible for providing said moving materials.

Yes the Contractor is responsible for providing all moving materials.

2. Question: Move 1300 (25% +/-) Boxes

This amount is correct.

3. Question: Plotter HP printer total 1

This amount is correct.

4. Question: Other printers total 10

This amount is incorrect. There are an additional 2 tabletop printers.

5. Question: Large safes total 4

This amount is correct.

6. Question: Free standing paper shredder total 2

This amount is correct.

7. Question: There are no furniture, Cubicle (system furniture) needs to be moved correct?

No furniture is to be moved under this requirement.

8. Question: Will a pre-bid site visit be allowed?

Due to facility availability during COVID-19, a pre-bid site survey will not be conducted. If this changes a notice will be posted.

QUESTIONS DATED 14 APRIL 2020

1. Question: Will the contractor be responsible for relocating desktop IT components?

Our IT shop will be responsible for relocating IT equipment

2. Question: Will the contractor be responsible for disconnect/reconnect of desktop IT components?

Our IT shop will uninstall/install all IT equipment including printers

3. Question: Approximately how many employees will be relocating?

Between 280 – 300 people depending on personnel in/out processing before the move
