PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT REPLACEMENT COMMON ACCESS CARD (CAC) READERS

GENERAL OVERVIEW:

The AFLCMC/WW requires the following items, brand name or equal, to the following: 20 BridgePoint 74-01-2003 Entry Point Readers, 2-Factor dual interface reader with keypad to interoperate with smart card credentials.

PERFORMANCE OF WORK:
The Contractor shall procure and deliver 20 BridgePoint 74-01-2003 Entry Point Readers meeting the specifications of this PWS to the loading dock of 690 Loop Road West, Area B, Building 560, WPAFB, OH 45433 within 30 days of contract award.
Contractor shall verify firmware version 7.9 5.R.2 and configure reader to work with access control at the AMC Complex on Wright -Patterson AFB.
The Contractor shall provide all manufacturer warranty documentation, user manuals, installation instructions and safety instructions.
Any Government property damaged by contractor shall be repaired to a condition acceptable to the Government at no additional cost to the Government.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Reads CAC, PIV, TWIC, FRAC and PIV-1 Credentials

Contact Card Read Time less than .75 sec

Contactless Card Time less than 1.0 sec at 1.5 Inches
