Please submit a capability statement explaining your company’s ability to provide the products described in the Statement of Work:
Capabilities
Capabilities statements should demonstrate that your firm is fully capable of providing VMO services as described in this announcement via description of your performance of recent, relevant contracts for such services. For the purpose of this announcement, recent performance is defined as services currently being performed under contract or services performed under contract within the last three years of the date of this announcement. Relevancy is the extent to which recent performance is comparable to the services described herein in terms of the dollar value, scope, complexity, and variety. Capability statements should fully answer questions 1-9 below, but be no more than 25 pages.
1. Who did your firm provide VMO services to, e.g., Department of Defense; Federal, State, or Municipal Government; Educational Institution, Commercial Entity, etc.?

Purpose, Special Purpose, Fire Trucks, K-Loaders, Aircraft Staircase Trucks, Lawn
Tractors, etc.)?

a. Vehicle Maintenance: Describe the type/level of vehicle maintenance performed
(i.e. routine, scheduled, unscheduled, special, overhaul, bodywork, painting, etc.)
and on what type of vehicles.
b. Vehicle Operations: Did you perform the following services under the contract?
i. Taxi Service
ii. Shuttle Bus Service
iii. Preparation, Management, and Servicing of Vehicles
iv. Provide Support/ Drivers for VIPs/ DVs
v. Manage U-Drive Vehicles (vehicles managed/ provided by the contractor to be operated by personnel of the entity for whom the services were provided)
vi. Operator Licensing (Types and Number of Licenses Issued/ Renewed)
vii. Operate Vehicle Wash Facility
viii. Pickup and delivery of supplies and equipment through a base supply system
8. Did you provide support for contingencies (i.e. Military Exercises, Deployments, Local
Disasters, Surges, etc.)? If so, describe the contingency support provided.
9. Did you provide support for special events, ie. conferences, base concerts/fairs, marathons, ROTC Support?
