Comment by SMITH, ROBIN A USAF AFMC AFLCMC/PZIOA: The language in this Services Summary Chart does not match the language in the QASP Services Summary chart. They both need to be identical. Please review entire chart to make sure they match.

Objective

PWS Para
Performance Threshold
Method ofComment by SMITH, ROBIN A USAF AFMC AFLCMC/PZIOA: Delete these last two columns from the PWS. Only the first three columns as shown go in the PWS. However, all five columns go in the QASP.

Rationale: The PWS is attached to, and becomes part of the contract. It cannot be changed without agreement from the Contractor; which would require a contract modification. The QASP is a living document; not part of the contract. It can be changed by the COR and PCO at any time as necessary for quality assurance reasons with issuing a contract modification. The QASP is used to inspect the contractor. The COR may decide later on that a better “Method” and/or “Remedy” is required, and not having them included in the PWS makes correcting/changing it easier. This is standard practice.
