The contract requires the contractor to manage the acquisition of new, unused parts, propose a fully burdened unit price, and ensure delivery within 58 months of order receipt, with all items to be shipped to King Abdulaziz Air Base in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.

Key performance requirements include compliance with military packaging standards (MIL-STD-2073-1E, MIL-STD-129R), submission of a Certificate of Compliance for all items, and adherence to specific security, cybersecurity, and operational security protocols. The contractor must use best commercial practices to procure high-quality items, transfer all manufacturer warranties to the RSAF, and coordinate with the United States Government Program Manager for any potential delivery schedule deviations. The procurement is being managed by the Air Force Materiel Command Lifecycle Management Center (AFLCMC/WWQIA) at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia.
